Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled more than 24 hours prior to renewal. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the prevailing rate for the respective subscription duration. You may disable auto-renewal via your Account Settings; however, cancellation of an active subscription is not permitted during its validity period. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase. Any unused portion of a trial period, if offered, will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.

Users can create or log into a Pocketmags account within the app. This enables secure storage of purchased issues in case of device loss and allows access across multiple devices. Existing Pocketmags users can recover their purchases by logging into their account.

We recommend launching the app in a Wi-Fi environment during initial use to ensure all issues are downloaded successfully. If the app fails to load past the splash screen following installation or update, please select the settings icon, navigate to Settings, and tap Refresh App Data. If this does not resolve the issue, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store.
